Koramic Real Estate Romania is an affiliate of Koramic Group Belgium, which was founded in 1883. The company is managing an extensive real estate portfolio and currently develops several high end residential and commercial projects in Europe.
In Romania, after the successful completion of the first phase of the Sunset Lake Homes project in the Străulești area, we are building a new compound: Sunrise Homes, a premium, gated-community project in the Pipera area.
Sunrise Homes represents a collection of 82 premium residential units: 3 and 4-room apartments, individual and semi-detached villas, carefully thought out for harmonious family life: intelligent partitions, large surfaces, terraces and generous gardens in an area with a multitude of amenities.
We are also working on the second phase of Sunset Lake Homes, a high-end development, comprising ultra-luxury villas with a direct view towards Straulesti lake.
We are proud to showcase the Koramic’s heritage and experience in Romania with the purpose of providing quality housing and raising the bar on the local market.

Koramic Real Estate International
Koramic Real Estate has an extensive real estate portfolio in Belgium. We also develop in Belgium, Poland, Germany and Romania. Koramic Real Estate employs around 40 professionals in 5 countries with deep knowledge of the technical, financial, tax and legal aspects of real estate. Strong principles, ambition and innovation are central to everything we do, both within our team and in our interactions with customers and partners.
Invest
Koramic Real Estate invests in commercial real estate within its home market of Belgium, such as office buildings and industrial real estate in various markets, which we manage and rent out. We continuously seek new buildings and sites to offer our clients the best possible options.
Responding to the diverse needs of business customers with core activities outside of real estate, we offer tailored solutions: we develop customized real estate, including office premises, commercial properties, warehouses and industrial buildings. In addition, Koramic Real Estate has developed a unique leaseback formula for each of them.
Development
We develop residential and commercial real estate in Belgium, Poland, Germany and Romania. We ensure the value-added reuse of land and steer complex construction projects to successful completion.
