Alper Turan ÇETINOĞLU

Alper has a bachelor’s degree in economics received from University of Istanbul Turkey. Following to university he went to USA, to University of Boston C.E.L.O.P. department. In 2010 he joined to an MBA Update program at London School of Economics. After 5 years of experience in finance sector, Alper joined to EGS Real Estate Investment Fund Inc. Turkey in 1997 as Marketing & Sales Manager, a company involved then in developing Istanbul World Trade Center buildings, shopping malls and residential compounds.
In March 1999, he came in Bucharest where he contributed to the 1st ever shopping mall project in Romania, Bucharest Mall in Vitan, as Marketing & Sales Group Manager. After the mall development he was appointed as General Manager of the first luxury residential park concept ever made in Romania namely, Baneasa Residential Park, a $ 25 million project containing 200 villas designed for high-end market segment.
In 2002, Alper became the General Manager of General Concrete Land Development, where he created Sunflower Residential Parks brand and developed many successful projects for 15 years.
Alper joined in Koramic Group in 2018 and working as CEO of KORAMIC REAL ESTATE SRL Romania to develop new projects.
Andrei PAIU

All technical details are under the responsibility of Andrei Paiu (36) as the Project Manager. Andrei is graduated from Faculty of Engineering in Technical University of Civil Engineering Bucharest in 2012 and afterwards he attended the master program of Technology and Management of Construction Works at Faculty of Civil, Industrial and Agricultural Buildings – Technical University of Civil Engineering Bucharest, which he completed in June 2014. Andrei worked for the first two years in for OCCIDE CONSTRUCTION S.A. MADRID, SPAIN and there he handled the preparation of the offers for national and international tenders.
Between 2015 and 2019 he worked as a Project Manager in several construction and rehabilitation project such as infrastructure, ecological reconstruction, refurbishment, water treatment projects. Andrei also gained valuable experience in the residential sector by taking serious roles in development of two projects namely Millo Village and Residence 29.
Andrei is working for KRE since 2019 and successfully managed the 1st Phase of Sunset Lake Homes project.

Legal and sales activities will be the responsibility of Nicusor Dinu (50). He graduated Romanian – American University from Bucharest in 1998 and between 2008 and 2010 he attended and graduated an MBA in Project Management at DeSales University, Philadelphia, USA. He started his real estate sales activities during university studies and after graduation he became Legal Advisor at the first luxury residential park concept ever made in Romania namely, Baneasa Residential Park.
Later on, he worked as Sales Manager at Adama, South Pacific Group, Gran Via where he upgraded his sales skills and legal activities in residential sector.
He joined Koramic Group in Romania in 2020 for the 1st Phase of Sunset Lake Homes project.
